🔄 Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused and in original condition.

Tags must be intact.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Customers can request a return for any valid reason within 7 days.

If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue is due to our mistake, we will arrange the return at our cost.

If the return is requested due to:

Minor color difference (due to lighting or screen variation)

Change of mind

Quality preference

Size issue (if correct size was delivered)

In such cases, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Exchange is available within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

If exchange is requested due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the shipping charges.

If exchange is requested for personal preference reasons, shipping charges will apply.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

COD orders: Customer must provide bank details for refund transfer.
